Towels, bed linen, Wi-Fi, heating, water, and electricity are included in the price shown.

A washing machine is available in the common rooms for a fee (coin-operated).

ATTENTION: Final cleaning (220,- EUR) and visitor's tax must be paid in cash on site.

Booking and booking confirmation

​

The booking must be made via the website and received by the landlord. For stays of less than 3 nights, please inquire by email. By making a reservation, the vacation guest agrees to the landlord's terms and conditions. The rental agreement covers the use of the rental property, including furnishings and outdoor facilities. The number of persons specified at the time of booking is valid and must be adhered to. Additional persons staying in the rental property must be reported to the administration by the tenant. In the event of unreported overcrowding by the tenant, the administration is entitled to charge an amount of 30.00 euros per day for each additional person in the rental property.

Payment terms

​

The landlord will respond to a reservation or booking with a booking confirmation. This confirmation makes the reservation a firm booking. Upon receipt of the booking confirmation, the tenant shall pay a deposit of 30% of the rental price within 10 days. The remaining payment is due no later than four weeks before arrival. For short-term bookings, the total price is due immediately. If payment is received late, there is no entitlement to the reservation, but the tenant's payment obligation remains. In the event of non-compliance, the payment obligation remains. The tenant can only cancel a reservation in writing.

In the event of cancellation by the tenant, the landlord will charge as follows:​

• From the date of booking: 30% of the rental price

• 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

• In the event of early departure, no refund of the remaining rent will be made.

Arrival/Departure

​

The rental agreement is only valid for the confirmed period. On the day of arrival, access to the rental property is from 4 p.m. On the day of departure, the house must be vacated by 10 a.m. If the house is vacated later than 10 a.m., the landlord may charge an additional day's rent. Different arrival and departure times must be agreed with the landlord. Arrival/departure is possible on any day.

Non-smoking vacation home

​

The Chalet Auszeit is a non-smoking house. Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the house. If smoking occurs illegally, a professional odor removal fee of EUR 200.00 per room will be charged.

Pets

​

Up to two pets are allowed and will be charged at a flat rate of EUR 60 per pet per stay. Please indicate this when making your booking.

Prices

​

All prices are exclusive of VAT, tourist tax (visitor's tax), and final cleaning.​ and based on the currently valid price list.
Please note that persons aged 13 and over are considered adults and must pay the full price.

The tenant confirms that they have taken over the vacation home and its furnishings in a clean, tidy, and complete condition. If any defects are found after takeover that may have been caused by the previous tenant, these must be reported to the administration immediately so that there is no doubt as to the origin of these defects. It is assumed that the house and its furnishings will be treated with care by the tenant, their relatives, fellow travelers, and acquaintances, and that they will be returned to the landlord in good condition upon departure. If the tenant or their fellow travelers damage or lose the house, its furnishings, or parts thereof, the tenant shall be liable for the full replacement value. Damage or loss must be reported to the landlord without being asked, at the latest upon moving out.

Choice of law and place of jurisdiction

​

The contractual relationship between the guest or client and Chalet Auszeit is governed exclusively by German law. The same applies to any other legal relationship.
