AVAILABILITY, PRICES AND BOOKING* *) Click on “Request booking” Persons aged 13 and over are considered adults. Occupancy is possible for 2-12 persons. The price for at least 8 persons will be charged. Minimum stay : 2 nights. For one night only, please use the contact form. Included : Your own house, Tourist tax, towels, bed linen, final cleaning, WiFi, heating, water, and electricity. Discount : We offer a weekly discount for stays of 7 days or more. This does not apply over the New Year period. PRICING INFORMATION Services We want to keep things simple for you; you're on vacation Towels, bed linen, Wi-Fi, heating, water, and electricity are included in the price shown. A washing machine is available in the common rooms for a fee (coin-operated). A one-time fee of EUR 240 will be charged per stay for final cleaning, bed linens and towels. ATTENTION: Local visitor's tax must be paid in cash on site . Booking and booking confirmation The booking must be made via the website and received by the landlord. By making a reservation, the vacation guest agrees to the landlord's terms and conditions. The rental agreement covers the use of the rental property, including furnishings and outdoor facilities. The number of persons specified at the time of booking is valid and must be adhered to. Additional persons staying in the rental property must be reported to the administration by the tenant. In the event of unreported overcrowding by the tenant, the administration is entitled to charge an amount of 30.00 euros per day for each additional person in the rental property. Payment terms The landlord will respond to a reservation or booking with a booking confirmation. This confirmation makes the reservation a firm booking. Upon receipt of the booking confirmation, the tenant shall pay a deposit of 30% of the rental price within 10 days. The remaining payment is due no later than four weeks before arrival. For short-term bookings, the total price is due immediately. If payment is received late, there is no entitlement to the reservation, but the tenant's payment obligation remains. In the event of non-compliance, the payment obligation remains. The tenant can only cancel a reservation in writing. In the event of cancellation by the tenant, the landlord will charge as follows: • From the date of booking: 30% of the rental price • 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price • In the event of early departure, no refund of the remaining rent will be made. Arrival/Departure The rental agreement is only valid for the confirmed period. On the day of arrival, access to the rental property is from 4 p.m. On the day of departure, the house must be vacated by 10 a.m. If the house is vacated later than 10 a.m., the landlord may charge an additional day's rent. Different arrival and departure times must be agreed with the landlord. Arrival/departure is possible on any day. Non-smoking vacation home The Chalet Auszeit is a non-smoking house. Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the house. If smoking occurs illegally, a professional odor removal fee of EUR 200.00 per room will be charged. Pets Up to two pets are allowed and will be charged at a flat rate of EUR 60 per pet per stay. Please indicate this when making your booking. The tenant confirms that they have taken over the vacation home and its furnishings in a clean, tidy, and complete condition. If any defects are found after takeover that may have been caused by the previous tenant, these must be reported to the administration immediately so that there is no doubt as to the origin of these defects. It is assumed that the house and its furnishings will be treated with care by the tenant, their relatives, fellow travelers, and acquaintances, and that they will be returned to the landlord in good condition upon departure. If the tenant or their fellow travelers damage or lose the house, its furnishings, or parts thereof, the tenant shall be liable for the full replacement value. Damage or loss must be reported to the landlord without being asked, at the latest upon moving out. Short stay surcharge for 1 night: 30% (please inquire via email or form) The regular price applies for stays of 2 nights or more. Choice of law and place of jurisdiction The contractual relationship between the guest or client and Chalet Auszeit is governed exclusively by German law. Madrisella Round Tour : Moderate, 3-5 hours, with fantastic panoramic views and a detour into Switzerland. Lobspitze : Challenging, approx. 5 hours, secluded powder snow slopes. Tips : Book guided tours with the Montafon mountain guides. 5. Snowshoe hiking Popular routes: Bartholomäberg : 2.5 hours, easy to moderate, with panoramic views. Silvrettasee Bielerhöhe : 3 hours, moderate, with glacier panorama. Gauertal Alpengasthaus Matschwitz: 1-2 hours from the Mattschwitz middle station. Easy, ideal for families and with refreshment stops. Kristberg Panorama Route : 3 hours, moderate, with magnificent views and great restaurants. (My highlight: gluten-free Kaiserschmarrn at the Panoramagasthof Kristberg) Equipment : Snowshoes and poles available from local rental companies. Tips : Guided tours or night hikes for a special experience, especially in Gargellen (higher altitude). 6. Ice skating Ice rinks: Schruns-Tschagguns artificial ice rink : Spacious rink with music and lighting effects. Located in the Montafon Activity Park. Vandans : Small, cozy rink, ideal for children. Excursions with small children Golmi's research trail on Golm : A themed trail with lots of play stations and information about nature, including a marble run and slide park. Schafbergspitze (2,409 m) : A popular mountain tour with a rewarding view from the summit on a plateau (also open in winter). Three Tower s: Challenging tour for experienced mountaineers. Zamangspitze : The trail offers a magnificent panorama of 226 peaks in the Vorarlberg, Tyrol, and Swiss mountains. 6. Golf Montafon Golf Club in Tschagguns : 9-hole golf course surrounded by breathtaking Alpine scenery with natural fairways. Silvretta Golf Club in Partenen : A challenging 9-hole course at an altitude of 1,100 meters. Brand Golf Club : Alpine 18-hole course in the Brandnertal valley. 7. Mountain biking Panorama Trail : A flowing trail with magnificent panoramic views. A route with few technical sections but lots of fun. Hochjoch Freeride Trail (“Alpine Trails”) : A challenging freeride trail that takes you from Kapellalpe towards the valley. The starting point is the Hochjochbahn mountain station.
