1. Arrival and departure

Question: When can I check in and when do I have to check out?

Answer: Check-in is possible from 4:00 p.m., and check-out should be by 10:00 a.m. Individual arrangements are possible depending on the booking situation.

Question: Is there parking available at the chalet?

Answer: Yes, free parking is available directly at the chalet.

​

Question: How does check-in work?

Answer: Check-in is contactless via a key safe. You will receive the details by email before your arrival.

2. Payment

​

Question: How can I pay for my booking?

Answer: You can pay by bank transfer. A deposit is due within 10 days of booking. The remaining amount must be paid no later than 30 days before arrival.

Question: Is there a deposit?

Answer: Yes, a deposit of €200 is required and will be refunded after your departure, provided there is no damage.

3. Restaurants nearby

Question: Are there any good restaurants in the area?

Answer: Yes, there are excellent restaurants nearby, such as:

• Jonny's Pizzeria: Pizza and pasta dishes – also gluten-free

• Restaurant Bergerhof: Traditional Austrian cuisine with fantastic views of the mountains.

• Gasthaus Fischerstöbli: Regional specialties on the sun deck in Bartholomäberg.

• Löwen Tschagguns: Perfect for simple, delicious dishes.

Answer: Many restaurants in the region, such as the Hotel Fernblick Restaurant, offer vegetarian and vegan options.

4. Traveling with children

Question: Is the chalet child-friendly?

Answer: Absolutely! The chalet offers plenty of space, a child-friendly environment, and a safe setting.

Question: Are there activities for children in the area?

Answer: The Montafon offers numerous activities for children, including hiking trails, playgrounds, and nature exploration tours. In winter, there are ski schools and toboggan runs.

Question: Can I rent a baby cot or high chair?

Answer: Yes, baby cots and high chairs can be provided free of charge. Please let us know before your arrival.
